Appointments & Payments - All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. - Once an order is placed and payment is received, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. No Refund Policy - All payments are non-refundable. - We do not issue refunds for canceled appointments or no-shows. Rescheduling Policy - Clients may reschedule their appointment without any additional fees if we are contacted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. - Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and will not be eligible for refund or transfer.
