Rescheduling Policy - Clients may reschedule their appointment without any additional fees if we are contacted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. - Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and will not be eligible for refund or transfer.
